Anne’s baby reflexology class was such a lovely experience for both me and my baby. She created a calm, welcoming space and guided us with care and knowledge. Highly recommended!
I just finished a parent & baby reflexology class at my local library in Lucan. Anne was phenomenal! Both baby and I had a lovely morning learning about reflexology and loved the opportunity to meet new mums! Anne has a wealth of knowledge and was able to answer any questions the mums had!
Anne was a great therapist who put me at ease straight away. It was an extremely relaxing and worthwhile reflexology appointment. From Annes welcoming personality to the calming environment she created its no wonder I felt so much better after. Would recommend and will be returning for future sessions.
I’ve had a wonderful experience every time. Anne is incredibly kind, helpful, and very professional. The head massage is always so relaxing and really helps me unwind and de-stress. She makes you feel completely comfortable and cared for, and you can tell she genuinely wants you to feel better.
I have attended baby reflexology workshops with Anne in Lucan library and have adored them. It is a really lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere with lovely chats with Anne and meeting other mums and dads. The baby reflexology has been brilliant for our baby. I picked up different tips each time I went, got to ask questions and learn the technique. We have noticed a huge difference in bowel movements, bedtime relaxation and I have the technique for teething when the time comes. I would highly recommend reflexology with Anne. I look forward to attending myself in the future for some relaxation! I will certainly be bringing baby back too.
I recently attended the baby reflexology class with my little one, Sam, and we both absolutely loved it! The session was calm, welcoming, and surprisingly effective. It was amazing to see how quickly the techniques worked—Sam had a bowel movement during the class, which gave everyone a good laugh. I’ve noticed a real improvement since, and it’s become part of our daily routine. Highly recommend to any parent looking for gentle, natural support for their baby’s wellbeing.
Anne has created such a cosy, calm place that I didn’t want to leave! I was thoroughly relaxed after my reflexology session and would highly recommend booking a session with Anne. I’ll be back.
I can’t recommend Anne enough – I had an Indian head massage and was so relaxing and uplifting at the same time. Anne was amazing – I felt very comfortable (having been a bit nervous about my first Indian head massage), I felt listened to and the atmosphere and facilities were lovely. I will certainly be going back and I’m sure that any overstretched and exhausted person like myself would find the experience as wonderful as I did.
Anne is a gifted reflexologist. I always feel great after our appointments and I feel very lucky to have found her. She is compassionate, kind and warm and her studio is so welcoming and peaceful. Thank you, Anne for putting so much passion into your work. You are truly amazing ❤️
Had a gorgeous experience with Anne, I went to try and relax after a huge personal event that really disconnected me from my body, I wanted to do something nice for myself and try calm my nervous system again. Anne is a lovely person and I felt safe and welcome the moment we started chatting, I dropped into the session easily which was so nice and honestly had such amazing experience, I left feeling so grounded and in my body and I couldn’t thank her enough for that as it was exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Anne.

Anne offers a deeply intuitive and healing experience that goes beyond the physical. I was recently in with Anne for my first ever reflexology. I loved every minute of it and felt so at ease. I end up being so relaxed by the time I left and felt the benefits of it instantly. I can’t wait to book in again. I have endometriosis and IBS and I am excited to work with Anne and help my symptoms.
Would highly recommend. I went to Anne to help with menopause but ended up getting so much more benefits! She is a ray of sunshine, a fountain of knowledge. Gives great practical tips to improve your health. The sessions are so relaxing and have hugely helped with my anxiety and sleep.
After a period of illness this year, a friend recommended I make an appointment with Anne, going to see her was the best decision i made. Anne is a wonderfully gifted reflexologist. I feel lighter and calmer after each session, and really look forward to going to see her. Anne has a wonderful way of making people feel at ease and truly listens to everything you say. She brings her years of nursing experience into each appointment and has a wealth of knowledge on women’s health. For anyone considering reflexology, I would highly recommend a visit to Anne.

I was lucky enough to have a treatment with Anne today. Aromatherapy reflexology for menopause. I can honestly say it was one of the best reflexology treatments I have ever had. Anne is so attentive and good at what she does. She really does have magic hands. I can highly recommend her treatments.
I’ve had a few sessions of Reflexology with Anne, absolutely amazing. I didn’t want to get out of that chair! I had a few specific conditions that Anne was able to target and help with and had an wonderful night’s sleep afterwards.

I went to Anne for menopause reflexology and I’ve had 3 sessions so far. The treatment takes place in a beautiful treatment room which is comfortable and warm, I literally sink into the fabulous comfy reclining chair, tucked up under a blanket with a hot water water, absolute bliss. It has a wonderful fragrance as Anne uses fabulous natural oils which always feel like they have been chosen especially for me that day. I love the way I can feel the connection between my feet and parts of my body, it’s truly magical. I walk away feeling very light and relaxed. Balanced in my body and mind. There is a true emotional connection with the physical . The sessions are a real treat; something for me that I look forward to and I know will continue to help maintain my health and well-being. I would not hesitate to recommend Anne she is a truly amazing beautiful soul.
