I specialise in reflexology for perimenopause, menopause, pregnancy, cancer care, and pain management, helping clients navigate life’s transitions and health challenges with greater ease. Through my work, I support those experiencing stress, overwhelm, or poor sleep, helping them reconnect with themselves, restore balance, and feel more grounded.

I also run baby reflexology workshops across Dublin libraries, sharing gentle techniques that promote calm and wellbeing for both babies and parents.
