About Me
A little about me. I’m Anne. A Dublin based Reflexologist, Holistic Therapist & Nurse.
After over 25 years of full-time nursing and entering into the field of management, I took a change of career. Reflexology seemed like the natural progression, having had very positive experiences with reflexology over the years. Timing worked in my favour & I left my HSE nursing post, to pursue my love of holistic therapies.
I’ve worked in areas of nursing including Practice Nursing (GP surgeries), Public Health Nursing and Nursing Management. Having returned to college more times than I’d care to admit, completing post grads in nursing related fields, I’ve conducted research & presented at conferences.
Now, I work 2 days a week as a nurse, keeping up my skills & enjoying the patient contact. I work from my studio, providing reflexology & other holistic therapies in Lucan. To compliment my background in Public Health Nursing, I now provide Mammy & Baby Reflexology Workshops within the South Dublin & Dublin City Library networks.
I’ve completed my diploma in reflexology. Since then I’ve added specialist training in reflexology for specific areas which interest me. These include pregnancy, cancer care, pain management, perimenopause & menopause. I’m also a qualified instructor in baby reflexology.
I am a fully insured holistic therapist. I’m also a registered member of the National Register of Reflexologists of Ireland.
